1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the jiji88 online gaming platform, accessible at jiji88.cam ("Platform", "Site", "jiji88"). 3 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or participate in any real-money gaming activity on jiji88. This age requirement is in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. jiji88 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where the age requirement cannot be verified.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

By registering on jiji88, you represent and warrant that online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction of residence and that you are not accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction where such activity is prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with the laws of your local jurisdiction.

3.3 Registration Requirements

To open an Account on jiji88, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including:

• A valid and active Philippine mobile number

• Your date of birth

You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure.

3.4 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on jiji88. The operation of multiple Accounts — whether for the purpose of circumventing promotional restrictions, bonus terms, or any other reason — is strictly prohibited. jiji88 reserves the right to merge, close, or void the balances of any duplicate Accounts identified on the Platform.

4 Account Security

4.1 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jiji88 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party. jiji88 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or customer support channels.

4.2 Unauthorized Access

You must notify jiji88 immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized use of your Account or any breach of your Account security. jiji88 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials, subject to applicable law.

4.3 Two-Factor Authentication

jiji88 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. When 2FA is activated, a one-time password (OTP) will be required each time you log in from an unrecognized device. This provides an additional layer of security for your Account and associated Philippine Peso balance.

4.4 Inactive Accounts

Accounts that remain inactive for twelve (12) consecutive months may be designated as Inactive Accounts. jiji88 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of ₱100 to Inactive Accounts until the balance reaches zero or until the Account is reactivated by the Player. Players will be notified prior to any inactivity fee being applied.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jiji88 accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, GrabPay, Coins.ph, 7-Eleven CLiQQ over-the-counter payments, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. All payment methods must be registered in the Player's own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.

5.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on jiji88 is ₱100. Deposits via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your Account within seconds. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO) may take up to two (2) banking days to process depending on the issuing bank's processing times. jiji88 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own fees.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name — the same method used for deposits where possible.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 1–8 hours during business hours. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO) may take 1–2 banking days.
• jiji88 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal of funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will not be permitted.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

jiji88 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. jiji88 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or report any transaction that it reasonably suspects may be connected to money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity to the relevant Philippine authorities, including the AMLC (Anti-Money Laundering Council).

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

jiji88 may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other incentives to Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time of the offer, which supplement these general Terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses issued by jiji88 are subject to a wagering requirement. Wagering requirements specify the number of times Bonus Funds (or the combined Bonus and Deposit amount, as stated in the specific promotion) must be wagered before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

jiji88 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim bonuses, using strategies that exploit bonus terms, placing hedging bets to circumvent wagering requirements, or any other conduct that jiji88 determines at its reasonable discretion to constitute abuse of the promotional system. Any Account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonuses voided and may be subject to Account suspension.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not activated or wagered within the stated validity period will automatically expire and be removed from the Player's Account. jiji88 is not obligated to reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

7 Gameplay Rules

7.1 Game Availability

jiji88 offers a range of games including but not limited to: live dealer baccarat, blackjack, roulette, and sic bo; JILI and Pragmatic Play slot games; sports betting on PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, cricket, and international football; fishing games; sabong; and bingo. Game availability may vary and jiji88 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove any game from the Platform at any time without prior notice.

7.2 Game Integrity

All games on jiji88 are provided by certified third-party game developers whose software is tested and certified for fairness by independent testing laboratories. The outcomes of all RNG (Random Number Generator) games are determined randomly and cannot be predicted or influenced. 7.3 Malfunction

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error, jiji88 reserves the right to void the affected round or game session and refund the applicable stake to the Player's Account. jiji88 is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions outside of its reasonable control.

7.4 Minimum and Maximum Bets

8 Prohibited Conduct

• Operating multiple Accounts or registering on behalf of another person
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to play games or gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes

• Exploiting software errors or bugs for financial gain
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward jiji88 staff or other Players
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited
• Attempting to reverse engineer or otherwise circumvent the Platform's security systems

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the jiji88 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, website design, text, software, and all other materials — is the property of jiji88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the jiji88 Platform without the prior written consent of jiji88.

10 Privacy & Data

jiji88 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. 11 Responsible Gaming

13 Amendments to These Terms

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation. Players may submit complaints to jiji88 customer support in the first instance. jiji88 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within ten (10) business days.
